Sew FunTM patterns are copyrighted by Sew Fun and are for personal use* only.

*Under our policies, “personal use” is defined as the right to use this pattern for non-commercial purposes. For those wishing to make items for sale, Limited Free Licenses are available which allow you to sew up to 100 items of this design for sale at craft fairs, online, in retail stores, boutiques or other venues.

For your Limited Free License, please fill out the form below. Once your application is approved, you will receive your Limited Free License via email.

For commercial licensing opportunities (producing more than 100 items for sale), a fee-based license is required. Please Contact Us and we will be happy to assist you.

Terms and Conditions:

  • I, the purchaser, agree that upon receipt of an official licensing agreement from Sew Fun, I will make no more than 100 (one hundred) of the items contained in the pattern I have purchased for sale at craft fairs, online, in retail stores, boutiques or other venues.
  • I acknowledge that that the intention of this limited license is to support cottage industries wherein I, the purchaser, am selling the work of my own hand on a limited scale.
  • I, the purchaser, agree that I will not make copies of this pattern in whole or in part, other than by hand for my own personal use. I further agree that I will not distribute this pattern in whole or in part in print, online or by any other means.
  • If I, the purchaser, desire to manufacture the items contained in the pattern for sale in larger quantities then covered by this limited licensing agreement, I agree to contact Sew Fun for a commercial license.
  • I, the purchaser, agree to give Sew Fun credit for the design by including the following text on the tags and/or on line product description of any item made from the purchased pattern: “This product was sewn under license from a Sew Fun pattern, www.sewfun.com”.
